Hope Memorial Garden
A memorial garden was set aside on our property, with the provisions for the reverent disposition of the ashes of those who have gone before us. The following details are meant to answer questions which might be of concern.
Three possibilities for scattering of ashes are available:
- commingling of ashes in a central receptacle
- scattering of ashes over an area of planting, or
- scattering of ashes within sight of the Hope Memorial Garden
Individuals may be memorialized with a paver which will be placed in the walk which forms the cross in the memorial garden.
A 4" x 8" brick will be the standard paver in the memorial garden. The paver will allow for engraving the name of the individual being memorialized and the years of their birth and death. Members and other special requests will contribute $50 to cover the costs of both engraving of memorial pavers and the upkeep of the Hope Memorial Garden. Non-members and others will be required to pay $100.
No pets will be included or memorialized in the Hope Memorial Garden.
Further information is available upon request.
